Energy gels
Energy gels provide fast-assimilating carbohydrates during exercise. Choose 30 g when you split intake into more servings or train at low to medium intensity (→ HyperGel 30 Hydro), and 45 g for long or intense efforts with a higher grams-per-hour target (→ HyperGel 45). If you do not want to carry water, choose the Hydro formats; if you drink alongside an isotonic drink, the classic gel is a great option (→ Energy Gel). Caffeine can help you at key moments, such as the end of a race or intensity peaks.
