Ingredients:
100 g raspberries

10 g walnuts
300 ml skimmed milk.

Ingredients:
200 ml soy milk

100 g strawberries
10 g almonds or hazelnuts.

Yogurt, Apple and Chia Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 low-fat yogurts
100 g apple

300 ml skimmed milk
