HOW TO INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH
Before learning how to increase strength, one must be clear about the concept. Strength is the way we have to face a weight and the ability we have to overcome the resistance that it provides us. The more strength we have, the more weight we can lift safely and correctly.

One of the main factors for being able to increase strength is to use an appropriate training strategy. That is why, in each exercise, you should challenge yourself in such a way that when you perform it, you are never in the comfort zone, but without overexerting yourself to avoid injuries. For that, it is necessary to add weight once your body gets used to the previous one, but without forgetting that the rest between repetitions should be 3 to 5 minutes.

Although each person wants to develop each muscle group differently, it is not advisable to focus on training only arms, legs, etc. The body needs to have strength in every single part in order to be able to increase muscle volume later.

You must be careful when doing cardiovascular exercises to avoid using too much energy. If your goal is to be stronger, you should limit cardio to once or twice a week so that your energy reserves are ready to be spent on weight training and thus increase your strength.

Outside of gym training, there is another series of decisions you must make to have a healthy lifestyle conducive to increasing your strength. You must consume a lot of calories because to develop your muscles you need to burn calories, but keeping in mind that not all calories are equally good for this. Ideally, you should eat healthy, whole foods that nourish and restore your muscles instead of exhausting your body, and always stay hydrated during exercise.

An optimal training plan is one in which periods of strength training are combined with others aimed at muscle growth. For this, it is important that we understand that having more strength does not mean having a lot of muscle mass.

So you already know, it is important that you challenge yourself in every exercise, train each muscle group, and feed your body with healthy calories if you want to see improvements.
