At Crown Sport Nutrition we are very happy to be collaborators of the first University Expert Course in Trail Running organized by the Distance University of Madrid (UDIMA).
The course, which is 100% Online, is designed for professionals who wish to dedicate themselves to the training of mountain runners. In the words of Gema Quiroga (Course Director): "As coaches, we are committed to helping the runners who have trusted us progress as far as possible. To do this, we need specific and quality knowledge that allows us to adapt to the needs and characteristics of each one. In order to promote our sport, the University Expert in Trail Running course was born".
Currently there is no specific qualification focused on trail running, that is why at Crown Sport Nutrition we are very proud to actively participate in this University Expert Course in Trail Running and continue to innovate in the world of sport and help all athletes and coaches who seek to achieve greater sports performance every day.

Module 1. Training planning and load (5 ECTS).
Module 2. Movement Analysis (1,5 ECTS)
Module 3. Running Technique (1,5 ECTS)
Module 4. Specific medical parameters (2 ECTS)
Module 5. Nutritional Guidance (2 ECTS)
Module 6. The Runner's Mind (1 ECTS)
Module 7. Monographs and updates (2 ECTS)
