The jump squat is one of the exercises that will develop power in your legs as efficiently as possible to achieve a great improvement in your athletic performance.
You don't need any equipment to perform it correctly, so you can include it in your daily training. We leave you with a demonstrative video of how it is done correctly:
- Standing up, spread your legs shoulder-width apart
- Perform a normal squat.
- From the bottom position, drive forcefully through your legs so that both feet leave the ground.
- Land under control and return to the squat position.
- Repeat the movement as quickly as your technique allows.
