Participation in ultra-endurance sports has steadily increased over recent years. Many marathon runners gradually move into trail running, while more national and international events have appeared year after year, making the calendar tougher and more competitive. At Crown Sport Nutrition, we understand how important proper preparation and physical adaptation are for these athletes, along with an appropriate nutritional strategy before, during and after competition.
