ElementsSystem and Crown Sport Nutrition thus sign an agreement that will allow the prestigious sports training brand to enjoy information and exclusive advantages in the acquisition of Crown Sport Nutrition sports supplementation products.
ElementsSystem consists of a comprehensive training system, which organizes all those methodologies of proven effectiveness available to the trainer, within a framework that allows the development of all potentialities, both of the trainer and the client.
The contents of Elements are organized around the four classical elements of nature: FIRE (cardiometabolic and nutritional conditioning), AIR (body control, motor development, gymnastic techniques), EARTH (root, strength in all its forms), WATER (compensation of weak links, rebalancing).
