SELF-INVOICING: In compliance with Article 5 of Royal Decree 1619/2012 of 30 November, the obligation to issue an invoice established in Article 164, One, 3 of Law 37/1992 of 28 December on Value Added Tax may be fulfilled by the recipients of the transactions or by third parties. Based on this regulation, the affiliate authorises MEATPROT, S.L., through this document, to issue invoices for the services provided by the affiliate. MEATPROT, S.L. will provide the affiliate with a copy of each invoice issued. If the affiliate does not communicate anything to MEATPROT, S.L. regarding an invoice within ten calendar days from its date of issue, the invoice will be considered accepted as correct. RESPONSIBILITIES: MEATPROT, S.L. will not be responsible for the affiliate’s failure to comply with their legal or tax obligations arising from their activity as an affiliate of the programme. Likewise, the affiliate will assume responsibility for any damages caused to MEATPROT, S.L. due to the breach of the clauses in this document, and in particular, for third-party claims against MEATPROT, S.L. resulting from negligence, damage, or economic loss derived from the affiliate’s activity or from failure to comply with their legal or tax obligations.
