Sequential & Night Protein is a premium blend of three milk proteins, each with a different absorption speed in a 1:1:1 ratio.
The 3 ingredients are the acclaimed hydrolyzed and isolated Whey protein (WPH) Optipep® 90 with an ultra-fast absorption speed, Whey protein concentrate (WPC), of Arla® with an average speed and Micellar Casein (MC), the best casein in the market with low speed and prolonged in time.
Recent research has found that protein with different absorption rates can be more effective even than the hydrolyzed protein in the post workout (Reidy et al 2013 JN: Reidy et al JAP 2014). It is also a product for takink between meals and before bedtime to prevent muscle catabolism by sequential action and prolonged in time.

How to use: Mix 27 g (1 scoop) of product with 250 ml of water and take preferably between meals or before bedtime. On non-training days it can be taken as an additional source of protein.
