Functional Description:

Flexible, high-capacity (500 ml) hydration system designed for endurance athletes who need greater liquid autonomy without sacrificing portability or ergonomics. Its optimized design fits hydration belts, backpacks or vests, and is especially useful in long-distance events such as trail running, marathons, ultrarunning or extended training sessions.

Ergonomic design:

🧼 Cleaning and Maintenance

Pre-use cleaning:

1. Rinse interior with hot water.
2. Dissolve 1 denture cleaning tablet in 250–300 ml of hot water.
3. Fill flask completely and let sit for 30 min to 2 hours.
4. Rinse several times until odor and bubbles are gone.
5. Air dry vertically with cap open for 4–6 hours.
6. Optional: pre-wash with baking soda if smell persists.

Regular care:

• Wash with warm water and mild detergent after each use.
• Do not store closed with liquid inside.
• Store in freezer between uses to prevent contamination and odors.
• Do not sterilize in microwave or autoclave.
